It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an email to hi@beyouthy.nl or using the contact form. Describe your complaint clearly and state your order number. We will then contact you as soon as possible about the handling of your complaint.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
